Kewl movie, and good job on the site! Any guesses as to why the different counties behave differently in terms of flippers or inventory increases? It seems that El Dorado in general is a little more stable than the other counties and hasn't had as much inventory building, percentage-wise. Also, If you don't mind explaining how you derive flipper activity from the raw stats, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
