LOL @ Blue man group. Jeez. Some of the others are pathetic and sad. I'm not sure why so many people have it in their minds that the worst thing in the world would be to lose their houses. I doubt all of them actually put much of anything, including equity, into their houses.

I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the idea of Parks repros being very collectable.

I was a huge fan of his in the late 80s but by 90/91, everyone had a print in their house.

Speaking of CL finds, just for you!

Apparently they can't find anyone to rent it >; )

I can't imagine why. After all, it's an "Executive Home." I guess the "hardwood floor" in the living room is under the carpet. :)

Well it's about as far away from the campus as you can get and I'm sure they are screening the apps to keep students out.

The Aggie put out another "rental vacancies at all time low" article this week. Apparently the student writer didn't bother to do any reasearch beyond contacting a few leasing offices and calling a bottom ~ idiots.

There is a meeting about the cannery project tonight from 6:30 to 9. I'll be there and I could use someone to retain my arms when I go smack Sue "tech industrial growth in a green environment" Greenwald in the face.

Dang, I guess I'm still grumpy >; )

I'm sure any fellow bubble blogger would be happy to hold you back if they weren't videotaping the smackdown for posterity :)

Make this a series!

I loved it. I know, schadenfreude isn't the best.

But look at what they went out and bought while not being able to afford anything.

This will create a triple hit on the economy.

1. FB's cannot afford to buy anything.
2. Reduced Realtor (tm) or mortgage broker commissions
3. A hit at retail. As all this crap comes up on craigslist and e-bay... stores that specialize in selling new crap will find fewer customers.

oh... maybe a 4th.
Sales tax. Or the avoidance of it by selling on craigslist or e-bay.

This is just the start... the ball only starts rolling in 2008.

umm... the diamond. Anyone else think the mortgage stress ended an engagement? ;)

Got popcorn?
