We all know stuff is happening out there but its just not being measured now.

I see stats about foreclosures way up, but also major lenders (REO owners) laying off staff instead of gearing up.

I can see the higher end has stalled out again (lack of confidence and lack of lending) but when these start selling again, even at steep discounts, it will reflect has a higher median price just from activity.

While I am not a fan of Bernake, I am less of a fan ....now... of Obama being able to pick an effective successor. So he made a good move.

Have a good day!
