Max, it has been a while since I have been to your site. The information is great as always. I am seeing the market in Placer County getting to a "weary" level. Foreclosures are sitting longer, prices are continuing to drop and the heat is gone. Everyone is starting to run out of oxygen and pass out.
This is the best buyer's market I have seen in years. Of course getting shortsales done is still impossible. I have 2 under contract since April. That is right, going on 7 months now. Brutal. $80/sf though.
