Wow, what a site you have created here. I took a trip to CA back in January and being from NW Iowa was struck by the beauty of your state, even during winter.
That said, I first noticed all the commercial RE while traveling from LA up to Santa Barbara......I then made my way over to the Visalia area and up through Fresno and then stumbled upon the albatross that is the Elk Grove Promenade. I just had to pull over and investigate.....you don't see this in the midwest. Did some investigating the night before I flew out of Sac Intl and was just awestruck at all the RE. I also noticed all the stuff around the Arco area, then came upon this site just the other day after looking something up for a friend who thought I was pulling his leg. Kudos to you and the work you have put into this.......these are really scary times, not just in the RE sector but prtty much everything.
