I keep coming back to this web site thinking I will see some improvement in the market.
It has been soooooo long and nothing looks any better!
I am getting tired of this trend. I hope 2011 is better than 2011.
Prices do keep falling; asking prices are 10% lower this year than last. One way to look at it: at least we're that much closer to a bottom. ;)
